AERA Members’ meetings are held every two months, normally on the last Thursday of the month. “In person” meetings are held at the Somers Town Coffee House, 60, Chalton Street, LONDON NW1 1HS (close to Euston station) from 11:00 until 15:30 (coffee is usually available from 10:30, and lunch is included). It is normally possible to attend these by Zoom. Other meetings are by Zoom only, as shown in the schedule below.

The Annual General Meeting, which will be in late January, 2027, possibly over two days, is customarily held at a venue in Continental Europe.
